Aestuver® is the passive fire protection brand of James Hardie Europe GmbH. The company manufactures cement-bonded, glass-fibre reinforced lightweight concrete boards and system components that protect load-bearing structures in tunnels, underground transport systems, infrastructure and industrial facilities. All boards are free of combustible components and achieve the highest classification (Type X) for weather, frost and water resistance, which allows them to be used in permanently damp, frost-exposed and washdown environments as well as for retrofitting in operating tunnels.
Products are supplied together with engineering support, external certification (ETA, AbP, abZ, aBG) and technical service on site.

Product Details
Aestuver® Tx
Retrofit board for mechanical fixing to tunnel walls and ceilings, using higher-grade components and high-performance binders. Dimensionally stable at extreme temperatures, with increased chemical resistance, adjustable during fastening and suitable for all tunnel geometries.
Aestuver® BSP
Structural fire protection board for wall and ceiling constructions, shaft walls, cladding of steel and timber structures, façade and ETICS applications, and as infill for fire doors and gates.
Aestuver™ D+2 composite element
Sandwich panel developed for cable trough covers and escape and rescue routes in underground transport systems. Load-bearing under traffic loads up to 12.5 kN/m², abrasion-resistant, water- and frost-resistant, and light enough for rapid installation and replacement.
Aestuver™ cable ducts, penetration seals and joint systems
Prefabricated cable duct systems for fire load protection and functional integrity, cable and combi penetration seals from EI30 to EI120, and mastics and expansion joint systems for movement joints.
