We are therefore pleased to announce our collaboration with Corrodere Academy, an institution internationally recognised for delivering training programmes in protective coatings and anticorrosion, and now, through partnership with PFPNet, also in passive fire protection. Corrodere Academy is committed to developing and providing high-quality professional training, both online and in-person, thereby enabling individuals to obtain industry-recognised qualifications to further their expertise and career development.
The PFPNet Passive Fire Protection Inspection Course Level 2 consists of comprehensive online training that covers both epoxy and cementitious passive fire protection coatings. The programme entails approximately 16 hours of online study, including assessments for each module, culminating in a supervised multiple-choice examination.
Developed in partnership with and accredited by PFPNet, this course offers in-depth instruction considered to be industry-leading in its coverage of subject matter, equipping inspectors with critical skills and knowledge necessary to uphold the highest standards in the installation of passive fire protection materials.
The curriculum provides a thorough overview of the significance of passive fire protection, product qualification processes, application techniques, and the essential criteria required to ensure successful installations.
