We’re pleased to welcome Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (KHI) as a new member of PFPNet.
Founded in 1878 and headquartered in Japan, KHI is a global engineering and manufacturing company with expertise spanning aerospace, energy systems, industrial equipment, shipbuilding and transportation. Within the energy sector, KHI is playing a leading role in the development of a comprehensive hydrogen supply chain through its Hydrogen Road initiative, covering production, liquefaction, transportation, storage and utilisation.
As hydrogen infrastructure continues to expand globally, the importance of robust passive fire protection is increasingly critical. Through joining PFPNet, KHI aims to engage with the international PFP engineering community to share knowledge, support best practice, and help advance safety standards for hydrogen and energy-related assets.
